I've been working in the front yard relaying the pavers and widening the driveway a bit (as far as my body and limited skills let me) cause my parents and brother drive SUV tanks these days.
Finished today and to say I'm tired is an understatement. Gotta love getting old :) But it is done and I am happy about it.
Anyway, plated all of the factory earlier this week, but.....
To seriously misquote Sir Cain, I forgot the bloody loading door!

Ripped off a building from my H0 scrap pile, washed off 20 years of sigarette gunk, cut a sateh stick and some scrap MDF et voila, loading door. 20 minutes of work.
So, the SUV craze is over there, too? Sigh. The building looks great!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenNot as bad as it could be, and the American pick up truck rage for small businesses is much much worse as those don't fit anywhere in our country and everyone makes fun of their dick size. But my brother has a family of 7 kids and my dad just wants to drive a safe car, so I sorta get it. And thanks, now to put paint to it!

BeantwoordenVerwijderenThx, and it was simple to make too. Cut a through in the big building and glued in a firearrow stick that extended all the way, then cut and glued the gantry in place using the same method. You can almost use it as a foam hammer now to hit cheats :)
