French and German

Finished some more bits today.

A little Renault UE tarted up as a AOP
Conversion of a normal Renault UE tractor. Heroics and Ross crewman, one you will be seeing a lot of. Base is 20x20mm

SdKfz 222 in panzer yellow (it had camo but didn't look so good, so repainted it)
Again with Heroics and Ross crewman. Doms decals 1/600th Balkenkreuz for the win on a 40x20mm modified base (arrow denotes Recce in my book)

And a Stug to command my Borgwards (soon, very soon). Doms decals again, same problem with camo, antenna in the right places. 40x20mm base again.
Accidentally darkend the tab by using a brush that wasn't cleaned properly, do it has a dark wash over it. Not too bad, but I need to pay more attention to that.

Thats all folks.

Fire! Just a test.

Testshot of my fire and smoke. I feel just drybrushing it on doesn't cut it, the flames should be inside, not on the outside. So, what do you think?

Toppled truck

Since I can never resist doing wrecks (and have a reputation to uphold), here is one that can double as scenery as well as an objective or a destroyed marker.

See insert for view at 30 cm range. Boxes made from square bits of sprue, wheels are from a 1/288 airliner kit, model is a Heroics and Ros Blitz truck minus the tilt. 30mm round base.

Tracks and Trucks

More Heroics and Ross goodness.

Bergepanzer III (with Doms Decal Balkenkreuz)

And again, for a real table size at 20-30 cm's. look at the insert. Added a crane, a fuel drum and what was supposed to look like an engine. It should have been upright though, not flat like it is (bad for engine)

Opel Blitz

Fiat 626

Hope you like em. Tell me if you like the camouflage, or not.

Beobachtungspanzer III

Beobachtungspanzer III. Insipred by my 20mm model, I tried to copy it as much as possible.
40x20mm base Heroics and Ross model suitably converted.

Small enough for ya?

Well, for a manned vehicle that is.

Should have fun painting that one.
