100 hours in and oh boy....

Well, after 100 hours in I'm getting fail after fail after fail.

I keep cleaning the nozzle, washed the build plate, calibrated again, removed the filamant and put in a fresh roll of brand new filament as the last print was very fuzzy and even just ordered a filament dryer to be delivered somewhere this week as humidity might be an issue.

Starting to feel like life before and after marriage this....

Yet another test run. So far all today failed within 10 minutes, so jay....

  1. Hi, here's some things that may be your problem, or not. :)
Are you getting any errors after you slice? Have you let the slicer choose the supports? Have you tried using a raft? Is your plate clean and free of oil from fingers?

    1. No errors after slice, printing items that don't need supports, the previous prints of the same item came out fine without them. Adhesion isn't the problem, they just fail and I can't figure out why.Had 2 more failures, one after 10 minutes and the other with the end in sight. The nozzle just stops extruding and from the sound I can hear it is not feeding. If I stop the print and test the extruder....it comes out just fine. For the last 2 prints I've even washed and cleaned the plate, but again , adhesion to the plate does not seem to be the issue.
